VivyaWorks is designed to work alongside your existing systems. Use our APIs, webhooks, and connectors to keep data flowing between VivyaWorks and your ERP, MES, NPI, and compliance tools.
Integration capabilities
REST API
Full CRUD access to RFQs, quotes, BOMs, work orders, inventory, and compliance data. Authenticated with API keys and OAuth 2.0.
Webhooks
Real-time event notifications for quote approvals, WO status changes, compliance gate results, and more. Configure endpoints per event type.
ERP Export
Export accepted quotes, award packages, and work orders in formats compatible with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and other ERPs.
BOM Import
Import BOMs from Excel, CSV, and common EDA formats. The RFQ Assistant validates and normalizes data on import.
NPI / MES Connectors
Bi-directional data flow with NPI tools (Valor, Altium 365) and MES systems (FactoryLogix, Aegis) for DFM data and production feedback.
Compliance Data Feeds
Connect to IPC-1752A material declarations, IMDS, and substance databases for automated part-level compliance checks.
